Brutal Fruit Complimentary Sampling Can promotional rules.

  1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by The South African Breweries (Pty) Limited (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

  2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Promotion and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

  3. The campaign will begin on 13 February 2020 (South African time) and will end when the participating store has depleted their sample can allocation.   

  4. Stand a chance to try 1 of 4000 Brutal Fruit Ruby Apple Spritzer complementary samples in selected outlets listed on our website https://www.brutalfruit.co.za/store-locator

  5. Participants need to do the follow in order to stand a chance to sample a Brutal Fruit Ruby Apple Spritzer:

    1. Participants will need to locate their nearest store that is taking part in this promotion through our website https://www.brutalfruit.co.za/store-locator

    2. There are 1058 participating stores with a minimum of 48 samples per store. Samples will be available while stocks last.  

    3. Each complimentary sample can is 250ml and clearly marked on the packaging that it is a complimentary unit. No other units are complimentary. 

    4. Consumers do not need to purchase any product in order to receive a complimentary sample can. 

  6. No entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, corrupted, delayed or incomplete entries as a result of any network, hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

  7. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.

  8. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  9. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s and entries to verify their eligibility and validity. If any suspicious activity is suspected by the Promoters, the entries from those handles and/or from those numbers will be investigated and the airtime will be forfeited in the event that those entries are determined to be invalid. In such event, no person shall have any claim against the Promoters or their agencies whatsoever.

  10. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
