Metro FM Cranberry Rosé Competition

1. This promotional competition ("Competition") is run by The South African Breweries (Proprietary) Limited ("Promoter") and is open to all persons of 18 years or older who reside in South Africa, have a valid and active cellular telephone number ("Mobile Number"), except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, the Promoter's advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.

2. A valid Twitter account and internet access is required.

3. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

4. The Competition begins on 7 October 2016 and ends on 28 October 2016 (“Competition Period”). 

5. The Competition takes place on the Audiogasm show on Metro FM, taking place on Friday nights, from 19h00 to 22h00.

6. To participate in the Competition, Participants must listen to the Brutal Fruit Cranberry Rosé Advisors interview on Audiogasm. At the end of the interview the Brutal Fruit advisor will tweet a question relating to the interview. Participants must tweet the respective Brutal Fruit advisor the correct answer using the #CranberryRose to stand a chance to win the Brutal fruit hamper.

7. Prizes up for grabs: Brutal fruit hamper to the value of R5000:

8. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for alternate prizes.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final.

10. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter at it’s discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.

11. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter for more details (cellphone number, email address) and the winner will be contacted 3 times, before another winner is selected.

12. The Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of winner/s, provided that any Winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any winner/s to verify their eligibility.

13. All Participants and winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
